You acknowledge that Safecoinspot does not provide investment, financial, or legal advice. You should assess your financial situation, resources, and risk tolerance before engaging in cryptocurrency trading. Any loss incurred is your sole responsibility, and it is not insurable.
4. Eligibility
To use Safecoinspot’s services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Be a resident of a country where Safecoinspot’s services are permitted.
Complete a verification process (KYC) as required by Safecoinspot.

However, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or misappropriation of your Coins, nor do we guarantee their security. It is your responsibility to implement measures to protect your account and assets.
9. Security
We take the security of your account seriously and strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to enhance account protection. You are responsible for using strong passwords and securing your login credentials. Safecoinspot will never ask for your password or authentication codes via email or other communication channels. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify our security team at security@safecoinspot.com.
Safecoinspot is not liable for any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account or any failure on your part to secure your account.
10. Transaction Verification
All blockchain transactions processed by Safecoinspot are irreversible. It is essential to verify the transaction details, including the amount and reference information, before proceeding with any transfer. Safecoinspot is not responsible for transactions sent to incorrect blockchain addresses or networks.
11. Transaction Fees
You agree to pay transaction fees associated with the deposit, withdrawal, and trading of Coins on Safecoinspot. The fees will be clearly displayed on the platform before completing any transaction.
12. Your Obligations
As a user of Safecoinspot, you agree to the following obligations:
You will not engage in fraudulent activities or use the platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illicit activities.
You are responsible for ensuring that you do not release Coins in P2P transactions until payment has been confirmed by the buyer.
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the use of cryptocurrency and the platform.
You must not share your account information or login credentials with anyone.
13. Limitation of Liability
Safecoinspot is not liable for any loss of funds or damages arising from the use of the platform, including, but not limited to, trading losses, errors in transactions, or issues related to third-party services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Termination
Safecoinspot reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or refuse service to any user who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in illegal or fraudulent activities. Upon termination, any remaining funds in your account may be withdrawn subject to the terms of this Agreement.
15. Dispute Resolution
